eBay Australia becomes PayPal only which is considered as one of the preferred online payment methods, reports MX Australia, the free magazine for commuters. The changes are expected to come into effect after 17th June 2008 and any transaction made after that can be done only through cash or by PayPal only. Transactions for users who pay by credit card will be processed by PayPal so they don’t have to join PayPal. All transactions made on or after 21 May 2008 must offer PayPal as one of the payment methods says eBay and the payment will be restricted to cash, PayPal and Credit Card via PayPal after 17th June.

Google in the news again! Here we go, Google adds one more addition to Google’s instant messenger today. Following the Google Talk Gadget release last year in 2007 that now features mostly in your iGoogle page now Google has announced Google talk labs just days back. Yea I know I am penning down bit late but I still want to appreciate each and every work of Google being a big fan. At the same time I am feeling bit weird by this new added addition because Google talk still has not be completed lacking lot of features possessed by leading messaging client in the industry and still Gtalk version of MAC has not yet been released.

Can you believe that you can compress a music file 1000 times smaller than mp3? Rochester university says ‘yes’ you can do it. Researchers from Rochester university which is one of the recognized private University in New York are able to reproduce and compress a music file nearly 1000 times smaller than the original one. They are able to encode a 20 second clarinet solo music to a molecular size of 1kb recreating in a computer both the real-world physics of a clarinet and the physics of a clarinet player. The achievement was disclosed on April 1st at International Conference on Signal Processing and Acoustics speech at Las Vegas.
