Engage your readers with panels
Engaging the readers of your blog or website for long time and make them come back again is a challenge and for some of them its still a mystery. The text book and pro-bloggers suggest lot of ways like polls, be controversial in presenting information, posting in series, running contest, creating community etc. But still bloggers and site owners find it difficult sometimes. Always doing something unique and giving the readers some special experience might always pay off. Panels Network has now come up with a really unique way to keep users engaged and to make them keep coming by presenting them some really useful information presenting them with a awful amount of useful information.
What is so unique about this panels?
Panels will display real-time information about anything important to you and them. Panels display some really useful information about any business, school, non-profit including the site information, financial summaries, maps, news about them etc.
The panels will just put a small panels icon at the end of the hyperlink and clicking on the panels will open a new window which contains all the above said information in tabbed fashion. I am not quite sure whether the information is up to date or how often those are updated. All you need to to do is add a javascript code to your page. Apart from this link panels you can add panel roll widgets to your sidebar where you can add your own links to show them in the panels fashion. One can take the panel tour and can watch the video to know more about this awesome stuff. One can see the panels in action in the Panels network CEO Barnes personal blog. Snapshot is a similar service which offers similar functionality but will not provide extensive information like panels which is outstanding in its look and feel. Panels look good and fairly smoother to use without annoying the user by popping up unnecessarily. One should give it a try and see how it goes.
