Microsoft Live Labs releases Thumbtack

thumbtack Last week on December 10th Microsoft Live Labs came with up a new product called Thumbtack,  a online notebook service to collect, organize and share. One can consider Thumbtack with  other existing and famous note-taking solutions like Google Notebook which is free or the OneNote which is a commercial version.  The one feature I find similar to Google Notebook is the bookmarklet feature.

Icon-wifi WIFI networks are common these days from workplace to normal coffee shops. Most of the WIFI networks are secured unless if it is a free WIFI and sometimes the WIFI network becomes unsecured because the encryption techniques that is used. Most of the old wireless routers use WEP encryption which is easy to crack. But modern day wireless routers use either WPA/WPA2 which is tough to break unless one uses a dictionary word as password which can be decrypted easily.
