Google tests users with Talk labs
Google in the news again! Here we go, Google adds one more addition to Google’s instant messenger today. Following the Google Talk Gadget release last year in 2007 that now features mostly in your iGoogle page now Google has announced Google talk labs just days back. Yea I know I am penning down bit late but I still want to appreciate each and every work of Google being a big fan. At the same time I am feeling bit weird by this new added addition because Google talk still has not be completed lacking lot of features possessed by leading messaging client in the industry and still Gtalk version of MAC has not yet been released.
Coming to the point, Google has added, actually integrated desktop notifications of Orkut, Google calendar and Gmail features to Gtalk client. Its good but its doesn’t fulfill the long awaited expectation. But I still wonder why Google says, “Google Talk, Labs Edition is an experimental release of the Google Talk client.” Want to know more, read this FAQ.
