Shortcuts for any application just makes the job easier at any stage. اختصارات لاي طلب للتو يجعل مهمة اسهل في اي مرحلة من مراحل. But at the same time we cannot remember all the short-cuts in our mind and at the same time referring to Internet at all the time sometimes makes job painful especially when you are behind the corporate firewall. ولكن في الوقت نفسه لا يمكننا ان نتذكر جميع طرق مختصرة في اذهاننا ، وفي الوقت نفسه اشار الى شبكة الأنترنت في كل وقت وظيفة مؤلمة في بعض الاحيان وخاصة عندما تكون وراء جدار الحمايه للشركات. In a big word processing application like Microsoft Word, the number of shortcuts are huge and cannot be remembered as I mentioned earlier. كبير في تطبيق معالجة النصوص مثل مايكروسوفت وورد ، وعدد من اختصارات كبيرة ولا يمكن ان يغيب عن البال كما ذكرت من قبل. So today I am gonna pen about finding Microsoft Word keyboard shortcuts using the built-in macros that comes with the software. حتى اليوم انا gonna القلم عن العثور على مايكروسوفت وورد باستخدام اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح مدمج الماكرو التي تأتي مع البرامج.

Word macros are nothing but user-defined commands to automate a task or series of tasks using user-defined keystrokes. كلمة ماكرو ما هي إلا لاوامر يحددها المستعمل لاتمته مهمة او مجموعة من المهام المحددة بالمستعمل باستخدام ضربات المفاتيح. Please see the below given steps to create those shortcuts using Macros. يرجى الاطلاع وبالنظر الى الخطوات ادناه لانشاء تلك الاختصارات باستخدام ماكرو.

1. Open Microsoft Word. فتح مايكروسوفت وورد. Go to Tools -> Macro from the Menu and click on Macros sub-menu. اذهب الى ادوات --> الكليه من القائمة وانقر على القائمة الفرعية ماكرو.

2. Select “Word Commands” in the dialog box you get and type in “ListCommands” in the Macro Name text box as shown below. اختر "كلمة الاوامر" في مربع الحوار الذي تحصل عليه ونوع في "listcommands" في مربع النص اسم الكليه كما هو مبين أدناه.

3. Then click “Run” in the dialog box shown above. ثم انقر فوق "تشغيل" في مربع الحوار المبين اعلاه.

4. Then in you will get a new select box as shown below ثم في ستحصل على مربع جديد اختر كما هو مبين أدناه

5. Select “All Word Commands” in the select box shown above and click OK. اختر "جميع الاوامر لفظة" في اختيار الاطار المبين اعلاه وانقر فوق موافق.

6. That’s it. هذا هو. You are done. انت القيام به. You can see the Macro generating all the available Word shortcuts in to the word document. يمكنك ان ترى الكلي توليد كل ما لديها من كلمة مختصرة في كلمة الى وثيقة من وثائق. Once it is done with the generation of the shortcuts just save it for future reference. وبمجرد ان يصبح عملة مع جيل من اختصارات انها مجرد انقاذ للرجوع اليها في المستقبل.
