Microsoft tag reader uses the camera in the mobile phone to capture the tag and Tag reader decodes it and do the appropriate action like opening associated URL, opening application in your mobile etc. Microsoft Tag uses the Internet connection in your mobile to bring in the information and you will charged with normal data charges from your service provider to browse the information.
