Sketchory: Get 250,000 sketches to share

Sketches Sketches or free hand drawings are very popular and simple ways to show or record things in a way that everybody understands and appreciate at the same time. But there are only handful of sites where you can look for free sketches  that is available for commercial sharing. Sketchory.com is a one stop place for sketches which you can share either by copying or embedding.

sketchory sketches

Sketchory.com has got more than 250,000 sketches which you can share using a Creative Commons license. This allows the users to even create a book out of sketches (with a maximum of 1000 images), or remix the drawings to create new stuff, and even bloggers can use the sketches in their blog. Sketchory.com is officially released today by  Niko and Dominik along with Philipp Lenssen of Google blogoscoped. The sketches came from SketchSwap.com which they created sometime back and Sketchory is mainly to share them allowing the users to rate, tag, search and re-use the drawings by keeping to the license. The site is really wonderful. Check it out guyz.
